Yay! If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. After I totally blew it last week it turns out I still lost three pounds this week. Now that I know how it effects me I think Pizza and REAL Beer (not that light crap) will be a once a month treat for doing well on my diet.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
