The weigh in wasn't as bad as I though but I still gained weight. I realized the importance of getting 10,000 steps in a day. I feel if I can achieve this goal, I will be able to get to my desired weight.
...and stay away from the darn pina coladas!!

Went camping this weekend. I didn't record what I ate. I know I didn't eat too bad but I know that camping food is usually not low cal for me. I decided not to weigh in this morning.
