bad diet day
Hey, don't worry about your bad day, 1 day of bad eating does not effect you like that, it takes days to loose weight and the same to gain. It only when you continue with the mcdonalds and cookie dough plus your meals will your weight go up, it is also suggested by most trainers that you have a cheat day, this not only helps you loose weight as you are more likely to stick to your regime long term but it also shocks your metabolism and stops your body from getting use to the low calories and then you stop losing weight.
Just treat it as a treat day and get back on it and your will be fine

Is fruit bad
Oooooh and just read what diet doctor said about fruit and the amount of sugar think I may try cutting it out for a week and seeing if it makes a difference, I will keep you posted x

Thank you everyone that has helped, my body fat is 3% so maybe I am just trying to get to a weight my body doesn't like but my head does! girls hey never happy! I will try replacing grapes though and see how I get on, thank you for your advice and any more is always welcome x x

Is fruit bad
Hi guys, I wondered if you could help, I eat a lot of apples and grapes but I don't eat any other carbs, I am getting so confused though as some people say you can eat unlimited fruit and it be ok and others say that fruit is bad and should only be eaten in very small quantities,
I exercise a lot and train hard but I am struggling to loose last few pounds, I stick to 1500 calories per day and I will have one day where I eat a few more but I don't eat "treat food" to make it up I just increase my fruit or almonds,
Anyway I need advise please guys as I am getting mixed messages
