Well I've been regularly exercising for the last two weeks, at least 5 times a week. My 195 weigh in, I think, was just a little extra water weight lost that came back when I chugged water that day. I don't think I've put on fat, I've been watching my diet closely and have been working out a lot, so I'm not going to be discouraged by the seemingly 2 pound gain. My goal for next friday is 196.
I've also decided to using november as a major goal time. I HATE HATE HATE HATE pictures and video of myself with an ABSOLUTE passion. I feel so fat in them, I have a full soft face and with the extra weight on, I feel huge and incredibley self concious whenever the camera comes out. I find myself dreading the picture review after they've all been taken. Ryan wants to do the whole family picture Christmas card thing, and I would love to do a gift idea like that. SO. My goal is to be 150 by November (or damn close to it) so that I can take pictures like a champ and feel beautiful in them, and feel confident in sending them out to all the family. It'll be fun knowing everyone will be privately remarking on how much thinner I've gotten when they see the new photos (at least thats what I tell myself to give myself some of that good ole' motivation).
k8yk, you're a big motivation, your progress got me out of my "I have too much weight to lose, I'll never stick with it long enough to see progress" way of thinking, now I'm just taking it a pound at a time. Every pound is a victory.
My next weigh in will be next Friday, where I hope to be a solid 196.

So I fell a little off track the last week, I had a major final and started a new class for school but I tried to really keep my portion sizes in check and get some exercise and althought I'm not shedding weight, at least I went down to 195. I'm officially at my 2nd child pre-pregnancy weight. Now I'm in what I like to call my "post employment at Coldstone Creamery weight." My next goal is 178, my pre-Coldstone weight lol. Wish me luck!

So I totally fell off the wagon today, but I'm not going to stress about it. I decided to do weekly friday weigh ins now that I'm on phase two. So this week I'll stay on track and keep my calories low and my foods in the "foods to enjoy list" only. Wish me luck! my goal is to be 195 by friday.

So I didn't go on my walk yesterday, I tweaked my back the day before and decided to give it a day or two to recover, I plan on going today though. I also weighed in today and I'm very pleased to see the progress I've made now that the swelling has left my legs. Loving this diet! I'm down quite a few pounds, although I cheated on Wednesday and feel like I overate at dinner last night. This weight loss, though, renews my motivation and I'm starting to keep a food journal just so I don't mindlessly eat. I have my brother-in-laws wedding in september that I would like to be 20-30 pounds lighter for, I feel that 20 pounds is more than reasonable, and since I have quite a bit to lose overall, 30 pounds isn't totally unfeasible either, I plan on focusing on fruit in phase 2 and keeping my calorie intake between 1200-1500 calories. I also need to start a strength training plan, which will probably be my project next week after my back is in a little better shape. Can't wait for Phase 2!
