sugar okay or not okay in induction
Um, if you go buy the old Atkins, no. New Atkins, yes. But even one the writers of the new Atkins, Dr Westman, claims your body can use fiber as carbs, so i think going by total carb count is best not net carb count. All carbs turn into sugar. It doesn't matter.
