Ive been eating Quinoa and Cucumber salad and losing weight
You can also use Quinoa in place of rice when making a risotto. I use it in our spring vegetable dish as well as using it with peas, parmagean cheese and wine and mostly I add marinara sauce if I dont want to use pasta.
