How Often Do you weigh yourself?
At least 2 times a day. I'm obsessed with numbers, but am also aware that my weight can vary 2-3 lbs within a single day. The best time for me is right after I work out and shower, because I have found this is my absolute lowest weight I can obtain for the day. This allows me to stay motivated and continue with the plan. Weighing myself constantly reminds me what I am doing and what for.
