Restarting my diet once again. I am noticing I have been eating well, but slowly gained weight back. I am noticing also my feet are hurting with walking and see that as a sign of my weight causing issues.
40-40-20. Going to try to keep this my motto throughout my diet. It worked for me before and I am hoping it will work for me now. I just have to eat right and have to keep my drinking to two days a week. Chicken, Fish, Vegetables, Fruits and Whole Grains. I am going to start making my own bread once again.
Since my feet have been hurting, I am going to start out with calisthenics and yoga to start out. Then as I lose weight I can get back to walking and partial running.
Here we go.

I actually did very well on my diet as well as my vacation I did not gain much weight and ate pretty healthy as mosy of the people around me ate like birds. Hoping to continue to weight loss and we will see what happens.
Decided my treat day will end up being Sunday this week and that treat is Sushi.

I am continuing to work very hard. I have been going to the gym 6 days a week, and am continuing to do the Couch to 5K program. Yesterday I ran/walked 2.5 miles in 38 minutes. I felt pretty tired but felt very accomplished. I would say I walked about 22 minutes and ran 16. So in order to pick up the pace, I just have to run a little more than I walk and I will be fine. I am shooting for a 38 minute 5K.
As for my eating, I have been eating a good amount of food. I have been eating a little more protein then carbs and have been keeping my fats to about 22g.
Looking forward to Sunday to see if I hit a plateau or if I continue with my weight loss.

I have been doing very well with my dieting except for the weekends in which I seems to lose track.
My gym habits have continues and I am going 6 days a week for about an hour and a half a day.
I just have to keep up with my eating right and continue to do Cardio.
