I am doing well. I have been eating well and trying my best to get as much fiber and protein as possible.
I am rewarding myself today and going to an italian restraunt. Nice thing is 3/4 of the items at the buffet are vegetables, and rest is meat and fish.
I am golfing a lot more, which means more excercise. I am happy what I am doing. It is tough to not eat as much, but I am noticing the weight coming off.

So I am doing pretty well, but I know I have to do more excercise and get a little more protein in my diet. Today, I woke up and took two scoops of protein to start the day. I got to watch what is going into my body, and make small changes.
As for excercise but it is hard when it is inside, as the treadmill in my apartment complex actually stops when I start walking on it. SO I have been doing intervals of the elliptical and soon enough I will be starting P90 for my cardio.
So here is to next week hoping I will be down another 3 lbs.

Restarting again, for the 50th time. BUt good thing is now that I am mostly eating vegetables and the fish that I have left in my apartment. This happened 3 years ago and I lost 100 pounds on it. SO here we go again.

Back on the wagon. Got a new goal and that is to run the 4 miler here in town. Starting off today with 30 minutes of walking and will progress within the coming weeks to run all 4 miles. Here we go!!!

I looked at a journal from almost two years ago and I wrote this:
I am getting discouraged that I will gain back the weight and be back at 340 pounds once again.
Well I did go back to 340, actually 345. But I am happy to say that I am down to 327 and doing well.
I go to the gym 5 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week. I see the difference in my face and stomach once again. I have 2 bags full of clothes I bough which were too small for me. At the end of this month I will try them on and see if they fit me.
