Eagles 2012's Journal, 14 February 2013

I am continuing to work very hard. I have been going to the gym 6 days a week, and am continuing to do the Couch to 5K program. Yesterday I ran/walked 2.5 miles in 38 minutes. I felt pretty tired but felt very accomplished. I would say I walked about 22 minutes and ran 16. So in order to pick up the pace, I just have to run a little more than I walk and I will be fine. I am shooting for a 38 minute 5K.

As for my eating, I have been eating a good amount of food. I have been eating a little more protein then carbs and have been keeping my fats to about 22g.

Looking forward to Sunday to see if I hit a plateau or if I continue with my weight loss.

Wow, your doing amazing! Great job! Make sure you listen to your body though. There's a difference between being tired and real fatigue. Sometimes you need a day of rest to let your muscles recover.
