same food all the time = boring!
I make a big thing of veggie chili - I add three types on beans, corn, peppers and onions -kitchen ready tomatoes and chicken broth - Season how you like and if you have any left over veggies add it - I eat it with salad or brown rice - good for all phases.

Also my mother loves the baked oatmeal - see in recipe section - I add frozen mix berries to the recipe and she loves them.

Need Your Assistance.....Nothing to do with Dieting
Hi. I saw this note on a couple of message boards when I was looking. I can't find the perfect anywhere, but it's not that hard to make your own decals and clings.

There are other make your own clings, decals sites, like Zazzle.com

Don't forget egg whites - I make mini quiches in muffin pans - last week I made it with aspargas and a some salsa - They really taste good and you can have it for a snack You are aloud 4 egg whites a day and any type of veggies you like brocolli is another thing i use -

Another thing my mother loves and she calls them brownies - I make the baked oatmeal see in the recipe section I add frozen mixed berries in it and it comes out awesome. My mother loves them heated for breakfast and you can put either milk or yogurt if you want on it. I also have made it with apples. be creative. She sometimes has it as a treat.

If you want any other ideas let me know. I cook every night for the parents and have plenty of recipes

PHASE 1 QUESTION
I create a veggie chili then add your own seasoning. I saute peppers, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth then mix black, red and white beans. Add cajun or chili powder as much as you like - I either add water to make more soup or have it thick - It is good on brown rice or in a salad.
