Just turned 38 and realized that my metabolism and my love of food do not communicate with one another! What in the world? I have always been fit and exercise, but recent prescription medications and age have wreaked havoc on my midsection. I looked in the mirror and saw my father's profile...not good! I also noticed that my size 34 waists were not fitting. I am a trained chef, so preparing food is easy and I like trying new recipes.
I am trying Fat Smash after seeing Dr Ian on Tyra's show. I think that it fits my lifestyle well and dishes are easy for my travel. I commute daily close to an hour and a half. I look forward to meeting new people and getting in shape.
