Back on fat free vegan..have been vegan..too much added fat...35 years clean and sober on February 5th ..walked 3.5 miles this morning...MIL moving in end of this month...Dad died a week ago today....glad he is no longer suffering...like MIL and love her too...husband busy probating will...stepping up to his responsibilities for family...always a good dependable boy..
