Day 3 of diet.walked 3.1 worked out...miserable...but I said I would get back to daily exercise and I will.

Have had a headache now for over a year....and neck ache constantly...started OVER AGAIN with food yesterday. trying to do CEA HOw or any fucking thing at this point. been a miserable February. Cold immobilized. Still going to AA daily...have 36 years clean and sober now. Gonna get back to you dear diary. Miss my mother so much. many regrets. START DAY ON FOOD WAS FEBRUARY 15TH, 2022

Threw out all the white stuff. Walking 3.1 working out gonna stop whining about macular. Does no good. Ok: button for MIL. Call Hampton Inn. Schedule vacay. List of doctor's appointments for Marian.Get new refraction. Read emotional sobriety everyday. Cat food. Soap for Marian. Gratitude list.Figure out how to speak at Sunday meeting in St. Martin's.
