Wow..realize I have recovery from my food addiction in reading these previous posts..I have not started over once since I became abstinent from my food addiction on 8-30-22 of this past year. Overeaters Anonymous like Alcoholics Anonymous is the permanent answer to stopping and staying stopped.. No gimmicky food plans, no fasting, no binging. I have broken that insane cycle. Through the 12 steps, sensible sponsorship, and making a decision to weigh and measure my food and not eat flour and sugar. This decision has not made me exempt from life's vicissitudes.. Its been a terrible Fall ..flooded home, death, covid and shingles and an unremitting UTI but By God..I have not picked up food over it. The compulsion has been lifted..OA ..the permanent answer to weight loss and freedom from food obsession.

Ok current plan... Standard dinner one salad and yogurt meal with oat bean as one meal. Eat last meal by 4...go to bed on empty stomach. 8 to 10 hour feeding window.

Plan: lift weights everyday...walk again when its safe...yogurt and oat bran every morning...and grapefruit..I just really hate blueberries...work on guitar chord changes today..did 20 Women's army sit ups and bridges...do anniversaries for February..get Michelle's chip. Read Tradition One in OA 12 and 12..want to be conscious of my dogmatic responses which I decry in others...
