In 2001 not long after 9/11, 12/29/07 to be exact, I got married to a wonderful woman. In 3 months I had gained up to 50 lbs. As of July 2006 I was turning the scale to 260 lbs. It was before I realized I had gotten that far that I needed to change something. Between then and November of 2006 I lost 40 lbs to 220. I was entering into my last few semesters before graduating with my BS in Business Administration that I got tied up. I graduated in May 2007 and decided it was time to get back to work on getting myself down to my goal ..... I was 234.5 lbs when I started back up and have been making steady process since. I can't wait to get my body into better shape than it was in high school.

Is it better to work out in a empty stomach?
The general concensus that I've read up on (not just with Abs Diet) is pretty much what cabawi said. If you don't eat then you don't have the energy that you should have to do your workout meaning that your workouts suffer. Eat enough to give you some energy (like a protein shake so you have some carbs) but not anything big because I'm sure it will end up coming out if you know what I mean.

Something small is better than nothing to make sure you have energy!! Smile
