I seem to be on a roller coaster ride. I have rheumatoid arthritis so use prednesone periodically for flare ups, making me a non stop eater. Then I play catch up trying to lose what i've gained and get back to exercising. I live in the midwest. I am a mother and grandmother and wife. MY hubby and I own our own business, and I love to knit and quilt and read.
