I've been having pretty good results lately eating only once a day. I haven't eaten anything today, and I'm not really hungry, but I know I still need some calories. I'm making dinner now and plan on having 1 serving of mashed potatos and 1/2 a chicken breast. I miss eating, I miss feeling full, but I just don't feel hungry.
Oh, Also, I've started walking to work and having my husband pick me up at night. He doesn't want me to walk after dark. Today I ended up walking to AND from work cause they let me out early. I have a loooong day tomorrow, 11 hours! crazy! Let's hope I burn up a billion more calories!

So... yesterday I had the good news that I lost, and it was weird cause I didn't really try to. I just cut down on what I ate. Like yesterday I didn't think about food cause I was working so hard, but had an hour break and came home. My husband was hungry so I made hamburgers, and I did eat one, but that was all I ate the entire day! For dinner I made Crab alfredo which is my husbands favorite, but i hate crab, so wasn't hungry for dinner.
Today I took 1000mg of tylenol to ease the pain in my feet and it worked wonders! My hubby woke me up for work and offered to make me breakfast and I turned him down. I just didn't want food. So I worked again today, happy cause my feet felt better, and it was my bosses birthday. Of course they brought cake and handed me a small piece. I did eat it, and didn't feel bad about it, but I didn't eat anything else all day. I still have to make dinner and still dont think I'll eat anything, maybe just have some water or kool aid or something. I'm more thirsty than anything. I want to weigh myself again, but I just did yesterday, so I'm going to try and avoid the scale for a few days. I just cant wait to hit 240!

Did I read those numbers right? I lost?! WOW! Step 1 accomplished! Thanks to all my friends out there, (and a terribly physical new second job!) I now work at an all-you-can-eat buffet and while some of the food looks pretty good and I've had some tempting thoughts, I just keep thinking that if I eat there, (since I get an employee discount and all), then all the running around I do at work is in vain. I really hustle at work, running back and forth and back and forth all day. This job pays pennies but I needed to be forced into something physical.
Does anyone have any suggestions to ease the pain in my feet and legs after running around for 8 hours straight? Day 1 of work I was ok and my feet hurt, but day 2 and my feet still hurt from the day before and added a whole days worth of pain on top of that. My husband massages my feet, and it feels great when he does it, but as soon as he stops, the pain comes back! Any help would be great!

I did hoooooorible today. I ate way too much! I don't even know why. I had 2 chicken breasts with 40 cals each of flavoring, 2 oranges, 4 stalks of celery with peanut butter and raisins, Then came home from work and had 2 pieces of fried chicken and 5... Yes 5 chocolate chip granola bars!!!! I wasn't even thinking when I got home and had already eaten when it dawned on me. Why do I do this to myself? I was doing so well! I'm even considering making myself throw up to get rid of all those calories. I don't know what to do....
