I did hoooooorible today. I ate way too much! I don't even know why. I had 2 chicken breasts with 40 cals each of flavoring, 2 oranges, 4 stalks of celery with peanut butter and raisins, Then came home from work and had 2 pieces of fried chicken and 5... Yes 5 chocolate chip granola bars!!!! I wasn't even thinking when I got home and had already eaten when it dawned on me. Why do I do this to myself? I was doing so well! I'm even considering making myself throw up to get rid of all those calories. I don't know what to do....

DON'T DO IT!!! You can start over tomorrow! Look I know what it's like! Just remember how well you were doing and start again tomorrow! Seriously...tomorrow is a new day and who cares if you gain a pound...do you think it's worth risking your health? Something you are working towards right now?! I didn't think so...rethink it! Hope you make the right choice for your own body and not for your own piece of mind! If you feel guilty now...you'll feel guilty for doing that! Good luck hun!

There is no shame in re-starting with the right mindset. Tomorrow is another day! Are you keeping a food diary? You will be suprised what you can learn if you start keeping track of what you eat and when..

Ah - I see you do keep a diary - let me restate the question: Are you keeping an honest, up to date, food diary?

NO! I didn't throw up but I don't keep track of all the food I eat in the day. I really should though.
