I'm a 26 year old woman who loves to be active with pilates, yoga, hiking, running, etc, and I love love love to bake, cook, and eat. I'm also a diabetic so I think it's important to pay more attention to my health too, not just my weight. I also love animals, nature, wine, football, and baseball :-)

I should say too that I'm a curvy girl, and I love it! My body would just never be suited to being thin-and I know it never could be anyway. I've always been built the same way, but I would just really like to tighten up and get healthy!

I am losing weight left and right and not starving myself.
You should eat just about 100 calories for every 10lbs of body weight you have to maintain your weight (i.e. if you weigh 160, eat 1600), but you should never eat less than 1100 calories a day! Your metabolism drops at this level, and it's unhealthy Sad Btw, that's just for women.
And yes, the RDI on here is definitely too high, but you can manually change it too!

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
Murad is really wonderful, and I've been recommended this more natural face soap...called Carley's I think? Or Carly's? The website is http://www.clearandsmoothskin.com-and it's inexpensive, they have all different types, including make up.
