I am a 28 year old, healthy person. I have always had weight issues. My weight usually fluctuates between 150 and 210 lbs. This bothers me, mostly because I can no longer wear some of the clothes I have. SIn addition to this, since giving birth to a healthy baby boy in 2008, I can no longer fit in some of my clothes because my body is different even after I lost all the baby weight. Yes, I need to make a lifestyle change. I enjoy food, I would never pretend that I am going to cut everything out - I just need to be more careful about the quantities I eat. I don't need to be a size 5, but size 12 would be GREAT. So, I have decided to record what I eat and to start walking when the weather breaks. I would love to be 160 lbs (even 170 would be GREAT). Here I go!
