I just learned that you should have 6 servings of grains per day with one serving being 1/2 cup cooked rice or 1 slice of bread. Half of these should come from whole grains. Yeah...I've probably been eating far too many carbohydrates my whole life. I should work on that.

I know my weight has increased from my last weigh-in, but I'm pretty sure it's decreased from the last month or so. If it didn't, it's about to.

So much for exercising everyday! Life really does get in the way, but I'll get back on track today. It's hard to fit in time everyday to exercise, but it's not as difficult on the weekdays as I've made it seem before. I just need to work on managing my time a little better to fit it in. I already feel the difference in watching what I eat though so that's more motivation to keep going.
