So I've definitely gained weight in ways I don't like, and I never seem to have any time to exercise. So when other people are using Lent to give certain things up, I'm going to add something-more exercise. For 40 days, I'm going to work on exercising at least 20-30 minutes every single day (and potentially take a day of rest each week if I've had good workouts. If they're only 20minute pilate sessions, I think I can stand to work out all 7 days). So let's see how that goes. I'm going to use this as a little venting session and to update my progress, and maybe I'll use Facebook too...but probably not. I'm not crazy about sharing that kind of info with everyone. Tonight is my last night at the house at which I'm dogsitting, and it has two awesome flights of stairs. I'm going to use those to excercise for 20-30 minutes tonight. I'll run up them multiple times and do some arm and leg exercises on them. I'm going to attempt to get up tomorrow morning to do a light jog around the complex a couple of times, but I'm not sure I feel safe about that. Anyway, let's do this.
