Hello FS Family ~ My name is Crystal, nice to meet you.💙

I'm back! I've been mostly absent for about a year now, but it's time to come back to the family of FS. In the meantime, I've had my 68th birthday, my 9th wedding anniversary to Roger and gained back 45 pounds of the weight I had lost on here before. Back to using my walker/cane too, after enjoying about 6 months of improved mobility, flexibility and all around vigor.🤦‍♀️

Rural living means no sidewalks, not even a decent shoulder on the road...so walking is not possible from home (except for the little hike out to the mailbox on the road😉). I have several autoimmune diseases & mobility issues.

We live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Blessed to be near water, mountains, prairies, and a short, backroads drive to the ocean. I hope to become strong enough to do more outdoor activities, be more active in my community and live more fully.

relatable anyone
I am the same way lol! I have finally decided that this obsession will probably pass when I am more familiar with what a 1/2 cup actually looks like on my plate, etc. In the meantime, I went and bought the CUTEST measuring cups and spoons that I could find (Walmart, Pioneer Woman) and am just enjoying my measuring....for now! Just an idea
