A little about me:
Just graduated college and looking to better my health!



Looking at my gaining though it wasn't a dramatic jump in the scale. Over the last couple of years it just slowly piled on. Last time I lost weight was strictly calorie counting and it worked well for me however this time I'm challenging myself to strength training with half of the time cardio.

question about caffine/coffee
Yup sounds normal to me. Since I'm a normal coffee drinker I don't get this way unless I drink something like a energy drink. Also fyi coffee is a way mild natural laxative. Makes since to me now that I know cuz I guess I'm more sensitive to it then most but hey keeps me regular if I drink It everyday Razz

Big question.
Wow that's so weird. But if I was u I wouldn't go over 2,000ish too much since that's like "average" and I heard a lot about ur body only freaks out if it goes under about 1,200. Guess u will have to wait and see tho
