A little about me:
Full time college student I want to major in fine arts and minor in psychology. Wrapping up my senior year then after getting my BA looking into PhD programs of medical athropology with an application in art therapy.
I am currently a full time student but I used to be a head manager for a fast food restaurant. I decided to restart my diet again after gaining about 20+lbs all over again. Time to finish what I started!
Looking at my gaining though it wasn't a dramatic jump in the scale. Over the last couple of years it just slowly piled on. Last time I lost weight was strictly calorie counting and it worked well for me however this time I'm challenging myself to strength training with half of the time cardio.
So not only with I look slimmer but now fully start to be healthier inside and out. (8/18/14 Started the journey again)
