Cycled to the gym & started a new class of Gym circuits, brilliant, can't wait for the next class. Went from that class & done about an hour of cardio before cycling home. And 'n' all, 3hrs 28 minutes of training & burnt 3392 calories. That's nearly 1lb of fat.

Heart rate was well up via the training. Feeling good

I will also be starting another new class this Saturday - Body bump

I need to adjust exercise menu cals burnt for Gym circuits. 2000 cals is aprox
