Not losing
I read an article about salmon. If it is not wild caught salmon, it can have all kinds of stuff added so that it is almost as bad as eating a hamburger. Try googling farm raised fish, you would be surprised. I only eat wild caught fish now and I have been able to loose about 10 lbs. Also, what is your exercise routine? Are you burning off more calories than you are eating? It took me a while, prob 3 months to loose my 10 lbs. Keep plugging, it will happen if you stay focused!

Getting back in shape
I'm making a decision to get back in shape. I started yesterday and I will keep up the eating healthy and exercising until I loose a few pounds. My wedding is coming up in June next year and I would really like to get back to 122 pounds. I am 126 now so about 4 lbs to loose. Time for a lunch time walk!
