For ya'll ladies out there
I have yet to find something to shut the hormones down (short of a hysterectomy or a sex change) but I have lost 13 lbs. since end of December (with two periods in January and one in February. In that time I have just given in for a few days. Prepared for it before hand and then made up for it after. I will admit that this last time it was difficult to get back on the wagon, so to speak, but I did. It just set me back a week. Hopefully there will be something a little more effective posted by someone with more experience!
I feel your pain.

Have. Lost. Motivation.
I have lost 13 lbs. since early January. Was doing so good; recording everything I ate and exercising 4-6 times a week. Then about two weeks ago I ran out of steam.
Any suggestions for getting past a slump?
Thanks.

Out of eggs! Breakfast is tough
I like green smoothies with a slice of whole wheat low cal bread.
(for my green smoothies I put filtered water, a banana, frozen fruit and greens [usually raw spinach] into a blender and make into smoothie. I looks odd and sounds weird but for a big, low cal, light, sweet and healthy breakfast it rocks! I have the piece of bread because I can't handle anything cold and liquid on an empty stomach or I'll get very sick. Plus can't take multi-vitamin on empty stomach. Here's some websites:
