performance: gaining 0.1 lb a week
Originally from Arizona, my husband and I were relocated by the Air Force to Charleston only two and half years ago. And although I am new to the K180 Team, I have been passionate about health and fitness for the past few years.
I am certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as both a fitness trainer, as well as, a nutrition specialist and am currently working on my certification for exercise therapy through ISSA as well. I am also a member of the National Physique Committee and compete as an amateur Bikini

Having been overweight myself while growing up, I
understand the struggle to stay motivated and
dedicated to achieving your goals. That is why now, I want nothing more but to help others stay motivated and to show them that eating healthy and exercising does not have to be a chore, but rather a part of their everyday life so that they are able to stay fit and healthy not only for themselves but for their family as well.
Whether through One on One training, Group
Sessions, or in a Boot Camp, my number one focus is to keep you moving forward, motivated and
accountable. I enjoy working with all types of people and specialize in women's fitness for weight loss, toning, circuit training, interval training, and weight training.
