starting induction again
Hi all, I wondered if anyone would be able to tell me if my protein and fat content is ok for todays entries for the induction phase....been a couple year since i was on this and am starting again as of TODAY.

UGHHH
I was exercising every 2 days and i didnt actually start losing weight for about 3 weeks. I either stayed the same or put on extra here and there. It was doing my head in and i was eating around 1200 or less a day, i then upped my intake to around 1600- 1800 a day and have lost the weight I needed. My work mate has lost no weight in the last 10 weeks and has gained!! She works out about 6 days a week, but is not losing weight from the scales because she lifts weights, so is gaining muscle.

I am AWESOME because....
Cos i achieved my goal of hitting 135 pounds today!!! WOO HOOO,
The question i now ask myself is do i set another goal? Didnt think i would reach this goal so quickly so I am awesome. lol

TOM and excuses!
I dont crave on TOM either, nothing changes in my diet. Im only usually on TOM up to 3 days so doesnt effect me, no bloating or anything. So pleased lol. My childbirth lasted 2 and a half hours med free from waking up with contractions to him popping out and i found it all fine. Yes it was uncomfortable but wouldnt say it was all totally painful. I enjoyed my experience to be honest. Oh and after i got home i weighed myself and i was lighter than i was before i fell pregnant lol how that happened i dont know, maybe cos all i craved was crunching ice cubes so not really going to put on weight through them hahaha.
