I work in Human Resources at a hospital. I started a Walking Weight Loss Club in May, when we had our Health Fair. It has been the best time! I didn't have anyone to teach the class so I did it myself. I have learned SO much. I started working the program and it has made all the difference in my life! I have learned that there is no magical pill or diet to lose the weight. It is all about counting those calories and getting off my rear end and getting active! I love weigh in day because it is so much fun to see people get excited when they loose the pounds!
