Trouble Balancing Everything
I am trying to figure out how to include exercising in my new life changes. I am a wife & mother of 3 (2-teens and a 4 year old). I work Mon-Fri 8-4 sitting at a desk and 3 weeks nights 5-9 and all day saturday and sunday cutting hair at a salon. I get home between 9:30-10pm almost everynight by then I am just ready for bed. How can I include exercising without cutting into my sleep?
