I am a 32-year old desk jockey that sits around all day pushing one pile of paper from one side of my desk to the other. Needless to say, I don’t get out much and exercise and I have gained a lot of weight since taking over a management position.
I don’t really like what I have become, but I still like being me. For the most part I am a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. I just love to eat and I hate to exercise… I really hate to exercise. It’s like kryptonite to me.
I found this site and I really like the food tracker. I think that is step one for making the serious changes that I want to make. Just identifying what I put in this body will help me make better choices.
Step two will be to exercise more. I am working on that part. I started walking a bit and I am starting to go swimming at the Gym. It’s a little uncomfortable though because I am fat but everyone else at the pool is just really old. So that pool I just a train wreck of flabby people.
I guess Step three would be to lose enough weight to where I can start looking like one of those dudes from the Jersey Shore. You know the type: The guys with the douchey hair cuts, who’s skin is always orange, and they like to wear those short shorts and those shirts that are so tight that they look like they bought them at the Baby Gap.
