I am 29 (gonna be 30 in Dec) and have slowly been gaining weight for the past ten years. Now I have reached my breaking point and have decided to take hold of this gain and reverse it.
I have a 14 year old daughter ( obviously, I had her very young) and we both still live with my wonderful parents. We get along great, so no stress there. BUT- Easy on the pocketbook - hard on the waistline.
I exercise moderately although I always feel I could do more. It's like I KNOW what I need to do, but it's hard to stay motivated and focused.
I live in southern Louisiana and we have some of the best food in the world- it's tough. But the key is to keep it simple, take it day by day, and make good choices daily.
