advice please?
I followed my diet this week and exercised everyday except Monday, but did not lose any weight. Should I be taking in more than 1500 calories since I'm exercising so much? Or take in less?

Thanks for help! I think I'm going to up my calorie intake to 1400-1500 and keep exercising. Hope to see a little better results.

Advice Please
I have been dieting since January 3, calorie counting and only taking in 1200 calories a day and exercising at least 40minutes a day. The past two weeks I have only lost one pound each week. Should I up my calorie intake to lose more? Or continue with 1200 and exercise more? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
