I am a 56 year old male living in Alberta. I have been over weight for about 25 years. It all started when I quit smoking. I was putting on about 5 or more pounds a year and didn't really pay much attention until I hit about 220 pounds. The weight gain slowed down a bit then as I kinda watched what I was eating... but not real strict. Now I have 60 pounds to lose and I have to do it as I can see where it is really affecting my life!!! Hard to bend over to tie my shoes, can't bend over to pick up stuff at work, etc..... as most of my weight is on my belly.
Well here goes..... started yesterday and I feel keeping track of everything I eat will be a big help in losing this weight.
