I am a 25 year old Canadian living in Orange County, CA. I have struggled with weight all of my life. I was 180 in highschool, and ballooned to 380 by 19. After 2 years on Atkins my life changed considerably. I am now married and as usual struggling with weight due to over-eating. I recently chose Veganism as I do not enjoy eating animals and I am lactose intolerant.
I am an avid scuba diver, hiker and life-lover. I am learning more and more about Buddhism and it's bringing me closer to myself and my wife, and life.

Question about the "net" cal amt in Diet Calendar
The only way to really know that is to have more data. The program would need to know at LEAST 30 days previous calories and weights to be able to project what your body ACTUALLY burns/stores. I don't think it's an intelligent system.

Question about the "net" cal amt in Diet Calendar
You burn calories by sitting and sleeping. Check out resources on "Basal Metabolic Rate". I am not sure how FS calculates the net, etc. I'm just assuming it works based on BMR and your calorie goals.
