I'm 43 years old, I am very happily married and have 4 children. I really want to loose 25 pounds!! I am 143 pounds now and working FEVERISHLY to reach that goal. I have exercised off and on all of my adult life. I enjoy working out and look forward to it every day - sometimes I try to work out 7 times a week!! "Do Something Everyday!" That is something I strive to follow. I found this site thru my G1 phone - so this is REALLY great!! I love that I can REALLY track my caloric intake and burn. This is the second online community I have joined and I love this one already! My challenge is that I am an emotional eater, so when basically when I get depressed, I eat - ALL THE WRONG FOODS!! I'm striving very hard to get past that. Wish me luck!!
