I do wish to loss weight for heath reasons. I am starting to get arthritis in my knees and my toes. I also have issues with extreme fatigue, brain fog, lack of energy, and I either sleep a lot 10+ hours a day or I can't get to sleep and only get 4 hours a night.
I have some IBS and stomach pain issues that generally resolve if I stay away from wheat.
Carbs make me tired.
I have had a blood panel recently and everything is within normal parameters abet my blood pressure was a bit high, my fasting glucose was a bit high, and my cholesterol levels are high both the HCL and LDL. My triglicerides are fine.
