Do you weigh yourself nakeD?
Yes, I weigh in naked. There is somewhat of a ritual. Get up in the morning and drink a bottle of water. This is an old trick I picked up from someone who worked in a hospital. When you drink water as you get up, it flushes your system.
Within 10 to 15 minutes I have to use the bathroom. Then I workout; treadmill and weights.

Then I strip down and weigh. Then a shower for work.

Sometimes I weigh after the shower and there is a difference; usually lower than before the shower.
Weighing naked is one way I motivate myself. If only I could incorporate that with having a buddy then that would really bump up the motivation.Very Happy

healthy weight but belly fat
The plank is hard. I did 12 this morning and plan to do another dozen tonight. I have just started so I intend to build up the reps.

You do feel the effects of it later though and that is what I like.
