Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
I have been for over 6 years. Eatting healthy usually means eatting less calorie dense food with more nutritional value and fewer empty calories so you have a lower calorie intake than you did before. Secondly you started working out at your gym when you were not before. Therefore you have increased your calories burned. Few calories consumed, more calories burned. That right there my friend is why you have seen over 70lbs fall off. The best thing about doing it yourself and not being ona "diet". Is that you change your lifestyle and that lasts in the long term. Diets are quick fixes and thats why a lot of people gain weight back after they are off them because they didn't teach themselves how to eat healthy on a consistent basis. Way to go!

Getting Enough Calories When You Are Not Hungry
If you are having a hard time getting enough calories try eatting some natural pb. I recommend a PB called Naturally More. 4g net carb 11g fat, 10g of protein per 2 TBSP and 169calories. It is a healthy calorie dense food that you don't have to be hungry to eat. Just eat a few spoon fulls to get hose extra few 100 calories for the day if you need to.

Is there a way to divide your meals other than breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks?
Thanks for the reply Paul. I have a hard time with snacking thats usually what pushes me up in the 3000 calorie range on the days I splurge getting better though. I am trying to keep my fat low. As I found I cut better with less fat through trial and error. Its hard especially when I start eatting peanut butter...it can be deadly because it tastes so good! I am in the gym just about everyday. My off days from lifting are cardio and core exercises. So I always need those carbs to get me through my workouts. We definitely need to recommend that option to the developer. Just an option under the standard 3 meals and snacks that says "add another meal" or something like that. I might cut back on carbs just a tad and try and get up to 8 meals. Thanks for the help

I agree with you on this paul. I don't quite eat 8-10 times a day more like 6-7 but even then 4-5 of those are meals and I hate putting them all in snack bc then when I look back it will get hard to remember what exactly I ate with what since they are all lumped together. How many calories are you eatting per meal about? Also how often are you eatting them? Just curious because I have a hard time eatting 6 sometimes.

College Diet
If you are trying to gain muscle the cheapest meals for you that would help your weight fly off would be tuna sandwiches(minus the mayo or use fat free mayo) on whole wheat bread. I cut my weight from 192 down to 173 using these and protein shakes and veggies as the staples of my diet. I have since gone off this diet and put on about 12 lbs. Works great though.
