Day 18- So I gained back the 2 lbs I lost....i'm so confused because my clothes are actually getting looser! Hmmmm....I haven't been doing too great on the diet, not terrible, but it still needs help. However I am becoming a gym rat!! I am going at LEAST 5 days a week, and working out hard! Yesterday I swam, did the elipptical, and weights. I recently signed up to take these classes that are ballet barre work and pilates....first class was today and I wanted to DIE , I was in so much pain! But I can feel muscles I didn't know existed. So i gained back teh 2 lbs, but honestly, I FEEL great! Yay me :)

Day 15- After falling off track this week, I decided to re group and try again. Went to the gym this morning, and had an awesome workout....35 min on elliptical, at higher speed and resistance than last week, and 20 min in the weight room. I'm actually seeing some muscle in my legs already! I definately experienced the workout "high" today, it felt so good!

Day 12- Ok, after much complaining and feeling sorry for myself for slipping up on my diet- and not being able to make it to the gym because of snow and baby's daycare being closed....I put a workout DVD on- a hard one, and I did it! A full hour! Feeling better...
