Day 18- So I gained back the 2 lbs I lost....i'm so confused because my clothes are actually getting looser! Hmmmm....I haven't been doing too great on the diet, not terrible, but it still needs help. However I am becoming a gym rat!! I am going at LEAST 5 days a week, and working out hard! Yesterday I swam, did the elipptical, and weights. I recently signed up to take these classes that are ballet barre work and pilates....first class was today and I wanted to DIE , I was in so much pain! But I can feel muscles I didn't know existed. So i gained back teh 2 lbs, but honestly, I FEEL great! Yay me :)
