Day 15- After falling off track this week, I decided to re group and try again. Went to the gym this morning, and had an awesome workout....35 min on elliptical, at higher speed and resistance than last week, and 20 min in the weight room. I'm actually seeing some muscle in my legs already! I definately experienced the workout "high" today, it felt so good!
