Help Me
My problem with most diets is that I spent all day hungry. I decided just to eat filling but not high calorie foods. My food of choice right now? Raman Noodle Soups. About 300 calories a pop. I probably eat four a day plus two Healthy Choice 300-350 calorie steamers. Is this a great diet plan? Probably not but thus far it seems to work for me. I also switched from sugar to Splenda in my coffee and went to diet drinks in place of Cokes.

iPhone App Problems
I did notice that I now have two of the app on my iPad and iPhone. The new version didn't seem to over right the old.

Where is everyone from?
I live in Monroe, Georgia. A small town about an hour out of Atlanta. We don't get any of that white stuff. I buy most of my groceries at the Piggly Wiggly so, choice is sometimes limited.
My diet plan for this one is just taking in less calories using Healthy Choice and other prepared meals that I can measure the calories on.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I've just started this road to weight loss, sort of an early New Year's Resolution. I am a firm believer in management. The first rule of management is that to be able to manage it you must be able to measure it.
That said, I'll be on the scale first thing each morning.
