I am a 46 year old mother of three sons who is happily married. I have a full time job and a part time job. I live in a small town in southern Ohio.
I started two years ago on a healthier life style. I started at 315 and I am currently at 240 (as of 1/15/12). I also quit smoking a year and a half ago.
I try to excersize everyday and I try to eat correctly everyday. I am a member of Curves which I like very much but lately I feel like it is not enough. I have also joined a ZUMBA fitness studio. The instructor is a bit of a drill sargent. I thought I was in shape until I started to go to these classes. He is really making me work on my core. I hope I can keep it up, it's really not very fun but the results are starting to show.
I'm not sure what my goal weight is. I want to look good. One of these days...
