Morning,
I feel so good today, my tummy is not bulging out anymore! The eating well is really paying off!I have started taking the stairs up to my flat on the 5th floor.. looking forward to seeing the results of that :)

Still going strong, have not had a chocolate or a sweet in about 3 weeks now. Its getting alot easier. I cannot say the same for starch though, I have had a sandwich with white bread once.. I was very hungry! lol and I have had a glass of cream soda, but just one glass with alot of ice. Im working on that.

It was such a pleasure to see all my efforts paying off! looking at the scale, i was shocked! Eventhough I had come so so close to having a slice of cheesecake or a lunchbar.. or a peanut butter and jam sandwich!
I will keep holding on! this is it.
