I can't lose weight. Can you help me pls?
I know being overweight can be depressing.
I had to learn and relearn techniques I had to use to lose weight.
One thing I did was record everything I ate in a diet notebook. Now, you can buy them at a book store. Or just use a simple notebook where you would write the date, meals and snacks with the times you ate. I also bought a calorie book. I got a short stubby one called Calorie King.
I found that making lunch, and eating breakfast were the best ideas following writing everything down. I even wrote down the candy I had last Halloween. Well, if you want to know what you have eaten as far as calories go get a calorie book or go online.
I use sparkpeople. I found this web site long after I was going to weight watchers and e-diets. I know there are plenty of web sites. Sparkpeople is free.
I would skip breakfast because I was not hungry. I would eat at many different fast food restaurants for lunch.
Who knows what I was consuming in calories. I ate so fast!
The next important thing is to eat slowly. It really helps. I could eat a grape in ten bites.
I made protein smoothies for my breakfast. I knew I needed to jump start my weight loss and breakfast is a must.
I hope you enjoy this post and get some hints you can use.
I would like to say that you will be blessed with weight loss as you continue this journey. It is hard but you can succeed.

Chocolate whey
I found a great chocolate whey at both Target and Walmart called Body Fortress. I do not know the whey that you are asking about.
I find that I drink the protein drinks in the morning and a couple of hours after supper.
When do you have your protein drink?
