I'm a multi-passionate lady who loves to do a little bit of everything, including cooking (but not so much the cleaning) but when you love a lot of things its hard to find the time to do it all. I am Italian-American from a family of AMAZING cooks so I love food and great taste. I am also a self proclaimed baker and lover of sweets! I'm recently married and recently quit my job to run my own business, which has mostly been me sitting at home second guessing myself. Now I am making promises to get my life in order including my business and my body. I am not one to give up any particular food for the rest of my life but rather finding new and better foods to fall in love with. I'm all about living life and enjoying yourself but still finding a way to the body I want. I love finding ways of making delicious healthy meals and discovering new ways of cooking (or even not-cooking, like raw recipes) and experimenting with new ingredients (that means exploring past the macaroni, oh dear!). I love it!

Need more motivation
working on your feet for so long is definitely considered an activity. If foods the problem, what exactly about food is it. Is it that you crave certain foods and hate to give them up? ..then you can make healthier versions that don't always taste so bad, or have small portions of it. Or do you just tend to over eat? ..If so you can try filling up on veggies and healthy stuff.

Maybe buy yourself a really yummy looking healthy/diet recipe book so you might be excited to try new recipes. Hungry Girl is a yummy/cool one. ..So what you like. To make it even more fun you can try it as a romantic dinner for two once in awhile.

Also, my boyfriend is hard to get to eat healthy (but now he's finally trying) so one day we were talking about food and I said 'I bet you can't last a week without meat' and now we are going to go the week without meet and made a pact to find new healthy (vegetarian) foods together that we like and can use for the future to stay healthy. I also added in the rule the frying veggies don't count as being healthy (because that's basically the problem with all the meat he has, it's not the fact that it's meat but its unhealthy meat or unhealthily prepared). So you can try something like that with your boyfriend if he is interested.

Plus, you already lost 21 lbs I see, Congrats! That should be a wonderful motivation because you did so well and your almost halfway there!! That's amazing!

HELP!
That sounds like my mom about every other issue in my life but when it comes to weight she's the exact opposite (which can be annoying too) and I know it's hard.
You should ask your guidance counselors before hand, specifically not to say anything and see what they say, but then again they don't seem trust able. You could possible be able to see a Psychologist (your medical insurance might cover it) who are not supposed to tell your parents unless its a life/death situation. Maybe if your mom at least wants to help you with your depression she will let you talk to one.
Also, insurance might cover a nutritionist (you can probably call your families insurance provider and ask, they probably won't give you any trouble) so you won't have to pay (except for your regular copay) which means you can go on your own.

Does your mom even care how being bigger makes you feel? If it makes you depressed, you can talk about that aspect of it. Tell how it really makes you feel.

It's somewhat understandable about your sister (even though you shouldn't feed someone fattening food just cause they are skinny, it should still be healthy foods no matter how much you weigh. When I was skinny, I had high cholesterol). You could either ask her to make healthy stuff as sides of the unhealthy meal and that's all you eat (along with maybe small portion of whatever she's making), or start cooking for yourself (maybe even just healthy frozen meals). But definitely cut down your portions of the bad food she's feeding you and then snack on healthier stuff.
