What am I missing?
My husband and I are training for a sprint triathalon. I'm currently in week 8. I run 3 miles 2-3 times a week, bike 7-8 miles on the other days and throw in some weights too. I haven't started the swim training yet. I've cut my calories to about 1800 a day. I'm 5'6" and 158. I've lost one pound through this whole training. I've lost inches for sure, but the weight isn't coming off. What am I missing?
